-Brown or White Phonebook / Red Dime 0.1 uF cap by Luxe Radio
-CRL 5-way switch
-Vintage correct cloth wire with individually tinned strands

The chosen year variation will be reflected in the type of capacitor and some aesthetic details of the assembled wiring. This wiring provide enhanced vintage clarity and warmth, precise controls, and potentially reduced noise.

 

We recommend using an aluminum pickguard shield, which is available with the kit. The '50s plate is a thicker aluminum piece shaped to fit the control cavity in the 1957 style, while the '60s plate is an aluminum sheet that fully covers the pickguard and is compatible with both the 1962 and 1964 11-hole patterns.
