Please carefully read the following terms and conditions before placing an order. For any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact us.

We make our products to order with the options selected in batch production. Products available from our store get shipped within two weeks unless otherwise specified. We do not ship on the weekends or holidays.
Prices are in Euro and are VAT free according to our Flat-rate Tax Regime. From 2024, we will issue the digital invoice. Discounts are offered at our discretion and may be subject to terms and conditions. For specific needs regarding our services, we provide personalized quotes.

You can pay with debit/credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer. We can accept payments from all major debit/credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Diners, CUP, JCB and Maestro.

We mainly use standard parcel delivery (tracked) to ship your order and provide you with the lowest shipping prices available. On orders from 200 euros, the shipping is free worldwide. We can also ship with DHL Express with an upcharge.

Customers that live outside the EU are subject to taxes and import duties of their countries. John Henry Guitars does not assume any responsibility or have any control over these additional charges.
Shipping times can vary from two days to four weeks, depending on your location. We can't open a claim for a lost package until at least six weeks have passed.

If there is a problem with your order, please notify us within three days of the receipt date. You can return items within 30 days of the delivery. They must be in unused conditions and inside the original package. However, we can't guarantee you a refund for custom-ordered items.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return reason is a mistake made by us (missing, wrong, or defective items). If you need to return an item, please e-mail us.

Our products are handmade with care, using the finest materials, and inspected for quality. Our warranty will cover repairs or replacements against defects in the manufacturing for two years from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, improper use, abuse, or wear.

We have taken as much care as possible to describe and portray items accurately. Color may still vary due to photographic lighting.
Since our products are handcrafted, expect slight variations in actual goods. Aging is moderately different for each example.
